ability to work with players of differing ability levels while teaching physical fundamentals of play along with mental aspect of game awareness.
ability to abide for rules set forth by district, school, and state policy.

ability to work cohesively within a staff and open dialogue within staff.
abililty to carry out assigned duties for practice and game.
ability to be available without conflict for practices and game.
willingness to work with players during summer hours.
