We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our growing team that serves the 0-3 year old Early Intervention population with a caseload of 8-15 treatment hours / week. At Abilities Pediatric Physical Therapy we value all that therapists give to our clients and aim to promote a healthy work-life balance. We seek to recognize the hard work and contributions that each team member brings and wish to foster growth and educational opportunities. No micromanaging; you create your own schedule, service area and caseload amount. There is also the option to transition into a full time position with added benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Perform standardized assessments at evaluations and create goals with family
- Manage scheduling clients
- Complete timely documentation
- Provide evidence-based therapy to clients in their home environment
- Educate and instruct parents on daily integration of therapy strategies
