Benefits :We are looking for a committed Speech Therapist to join our growing team that serves the 0-3 year old Early Intervention population with a caseload of 10-20 treatment hours / week. No micromanaging; you create your own schedule and caseload amount.
Responsibilities
- Perform standardized assessments at evaluations and create goals with family
- Manage scheduling clients
- Complete timely documentation
- Provide evidence-based therapy to clients in their home environment
- Educate and instruct parents on daily integration of therapy strategies
- Masters degree in speech-language pathology
- Licensed in the State of California
- A minimum of one year of pediatric experience
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Experience with working with families
- Able to meet deadlines, detail and task-oriented
- Well-versed in gross motor milestones
- Experience with AAC devices
- Bilingual Spanish
- Experience with pediatric phonological disorders, expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language disorders needs etc. are also highly valued.
