Main Responsibilities:
- Vocational Support: Collaborate with clients to identify their career aspirations and develop personalized job placement plans.
- Career Development: Provide guidance on resume writing, interview skills, and job coaching to enhance clients' employability.
- Networking and Job Development: Establish relationships with local businesses and employers to create job opportunities for clients.
