Locations : Several programs are available across the Greater Bristol area and Greater Danbury Area

Hours : Day and evening. One weekend day availability is a must.

Pay Rate :   $17.75-$18.50 / hour

Your Responsibilities :

  • Provide personalized support to adults with diverse medical and behavioral needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including hands-on care, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Facilitate appointments, ensuring the utmost attention to each individual’s needs.
  • Inspire community engagement through activities like work, volunteering, and events (e.g., Special Olympics).
  • Foster positive behavior, socialization skills, and goal achievement.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for individualized plans and progress.
  • Collaborate with nurses, behaviorists, and nutritionists to deliver individualized care.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Willingness to learn— no experience needed!
