Pay Rate: $ 18.50 / hour
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
What You’ll Do:
As a Day Program Instructor, you’ll work one-on-one with adults who need extra support. You’ll help them with:
- Fun activities like swimming, basketball, arts and crafts, shopping, and park trips.
- Getting involved in their community through volunteering and other activities.
- Learning and practicing job skills to help them succeed at work.
Position 1: Join the Individualized Day Program!
Location: Danbury
Hours: M 10A-5:15P, T–W 9A-4:30P, R-F 9A-3:30P
The Individualized Day Program is a one-to-one community-based program. Individuals served are picked up from home. ID staff typically support two individuals a day. Individuals are supported at a worksite, a volunteer opportunity and/or recreational activities. Each member of staff has a set schedule, but schedules can change based on the needs of the department. ID staff are required to drive their own vehicles each day and will receive mileage reimbursement.
Position 2: Join the Norwalk Day Program!
Location: Norwalk, CT
Hours: M-F 8A-4P

We are a group of highly motivated staff servicing adults with disabilities by facilitating their participation within the community through various volunteer and recreational opportunities. Seeking an energetic self-starter who brings a positive mindset, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A personal vehicle.
No experience? No problem! We’ll give you all the training you need.
