Hours :
WEDS-FRI 2p-10p, SAT 9a-9p (36 Hours - Full-Time)
THURS 10p-9a, FRI-SAT 9p-9a (35 Hours - Full-Time)
SUN 9a-9p, MON-TUE 1p-10p (30 Hours - Full-Time)
SUN 9a-9p, MON-WEDS 2p-10p (36 Hours - Full-Time)
Minimum Requirements : High School Diploma & Valid Driver's License
Pay Rate : $21 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Provide enhanced support across designated programs for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities
- Immerse individuals into the community through engaging activities, fostering socialization and independence
- Assist with daily living, including cooking, cleaning, and hands-on care, creating a supportive living environment
- Facilitate transportation for appointments and outings, ensuring seamless access to services and recreational opportunities
- Contribute to positive behavior reinforcement, goal planning, and socialization skill development
- Collaborate on proper documentation of daily case notes, maintaining accurate and organized records.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Willingness to learn, 1 year of experience preferred.
