This is an exciting opportunity to join our Westchester-based team as a Residence Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing services and supports for individuals with disabilities within a mixed medical/behavioral IRA program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, review, and revise service plans to ensure individuals receive identified and desired outcomes.
- Provide direction and supervision to Assistant Residential Program Managers and Life Skills Instructors.
- Assist in hiring and training staff for the group home setting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree or two years of college coursework from an accredited college in a related field, plus three years of experience in human services with progressive levels of responsibility.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with NY OPWDD regulations.
- Valid driver's license.
