Job Title: Residential Program Manager
The Residential Program Manager is responsible for the overall provision of services and supports for assigned individuals in residential programs. This position oversees the delivery of the therapeutic service model, develops and implements treatment plans, and coordinates all services on behalf of Individuals served.
We are seeking a qualified candidate to manage our newest and largest home, Howland Avenue, located in Beacon, New York. This 14-bed residence provides residential services, including 24-hour nursing, and has a day program on site with sensory stimulation activities. The goal is to provide individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities and medically complex needs a beautiful state-of-the-art forever home that is accessible, equipped to meet their needs, and staffed with compassionate and well-trained staff to care for them.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures overall program quality and outcomes meet identified benchmarks.
- Monitors and addresses potential risk management concerns.
- Develops and manages program budget within guidelines.
- Facilitates each individual's plan for increased independence and enhanced quality of life.
- Provides continuous communication with individuals served, family members, conservator/guardian, and interdisciplinary team.
- Oversees direct care team, providing leadership and supervisory support.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or two years of college coursework from an accredited college, preferably in the health and human services field, plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience in human services with progressive levels of responsibility.
- Must have supervisory experience.
- Other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered with a minimum of at least five (5) years of combined education and experience.
