We are seeking an experienced BCBA to help with the Clinical operation of the agency. We provide behavioral health services to children and their families in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. We are a small agency, but growing steadily
The right candidate will be organized, creative, practical, focused, personable, able to track and manage many detailed activities that are required to keep the agency running smoothly.
Tasks include:
Review assessments, treatment plans and providing staff supervision and training.
Perform quality checks of clinical documentation.
Provide ABA skills training to field staff and new hires.
Maintain a small caseload (15 hrs/wk).
Additional administrative activities.
