We are an Autism therapy organization and is looking to hire career-minded, experienced BCBAs to join our team to provide ABA services to children with autism throughout Northern Virginia. In this role, you will be required to:
· Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
· Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
· Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
· Be responsible to oversee ongoing individual program, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and also render family training sessions as prescribed in the indiviual treatment plans (ITP)
Salary: From 90,000 to 97,000 US dollar per year.
