Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Founding Clinical Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years as a certified BCBA, with proven leadership and supervisory experience. You will thrive in a startup environment and work autonomously to help establish and grow our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the executive team on the development and implementation of clinical programs in alignment with our mission and values.
- Oversee staff onboarding and training to ensure clinical excellence.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development for clinical staff, including BCBA candidates, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
- Monitor supervision metrics across the clinic to ensure BACB compliance.
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
- Develop and monitor skill acquisition plans, behavior intervention plans, and caregiver support plans.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Conduct functional assessments, functional analyses, or IISCAs as needed.
- Perform documentation audits, including session notes, reports, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Certified BCBA with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical standards.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.
