Position operates in a clinical environment. This role routinely uses standard office and audiovisual equipment. Position may also operate at offsite locations including a client’s home, school, or place of employment. This role will be expected to work at multiple sites with multiple clients. This position is not eligible for telecommuting.

- Master’s Degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Experience with assessment tools and development of treatment support plans
- Strong attention to detail for data collection and report writing
- Positive team player and energetic professional
- Ability to train others in basic principles of ABA, curriculum, programs, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Creative thinking skills and able to make judgements based upon clients and employees wellbeing
- The Clinical BCBA creates and supervises the implementation of new skill acquisition programs and behavior support plan, and provides feedback and training to RBTs as needed
- Captures and contrives opportunities to teach staff and clients in the natural environment and teaches others to do the same
- Conducts functional assessments and analyses as needed
- Conduct initial and reauthorization assessments
- Attends and participates in parent meetings, staff meetings, trainings and other meetings as needed
- Provides information about programming to parents
- Attends IEP meetings as needed for the progress of the client’s therapy goals
- Offers feedback on staff performance reviews
- Assists with new RBT training
