Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Implement ABA therapy and monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional guidelines set by the BACB.
Requirements:
- Must hold an active BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation for in-home services.
