Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and families to enhance patient care.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on data collected.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Collect and analyze research data to contribute to ongoing program development and improvement.
Skills
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
- Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities is essential.
- Ability to manage medical documentation and maintain organized medical records.
