Job Summary - Hybrid BCBA Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to children with various behavioral and developmental challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, special education practices, and patient care principles. The BCBA will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to children in various settings, including home and school environments.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collect research data to evaluate the efficacy of behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to support client goals.
- Educate families and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
Skills
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
- Experience working within special education frameworks.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Previous experience working with children in clinical or educational settings.
