Urgently Hiring - Regional Clinical Director - Hybrid Role

We are a growing ABA company dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with autism and their families in the home and center based settings. We are seeking a Regional Clinical Director to join our team of dedicated professionals.

What makes us awesome?

Our Reinforcers: Clinical progress, small caseloads, seasoned RBTs, fair compensation, strong interpersonal relationships, professional growth, and a commitment to excellence in ABA.

Manageable Caseloads: Our BCBAs maintain and enjoy their roles due to a manageable caseload that allows for oxygen in their day and quality attention to each case.

Fair Compensation for RBTs: We believe RBTs have been underpaid for too long, and we're committed to changing that. We offer highly competitive compensation to our RBTs, and we prioritize hiring those with substantial experience.

Autonomy and Support: This is your region to grow and nurture in your unique way, and we're here to provide support whenever you need it.

A Coveted Destination: We aim to be the preferred choice for esteemed ABA professionals seeking fulfilling career opportunities. We aspire to be the last place you'll ever want to work.

Positive Culture: We believe that a nurturing and calm culture makes all this possible, so we prioritize it. We know that happy people create happy kids and are more likely to stay for the long term.

Quality Relationships: We believe that the quality of our relationships directly impacts the positive culture we strive to maintain. We pay close attention to our relationships with colleagues, the families we assist, and the children we serve.

Ethics and Principles: Integrity and trust in service delivery are paramount. Remaining ethical is intrinsically essential for helping children and delivering high-quality services.

  • Client progress is our jam! Too many ABA companies only give services. Ours gives progress. We literally want to be the best in ABA services…and we want you to come along for the ride.
