We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Atlanta and surrounding areas! Must have experience working with children or children with disabilities. We provide comprehensive training to help you become RBT certified and start a fulfilling career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one in-home therapy to children with autism based on ABA principles
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect data and track client progress
- Collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure effective therapy sessions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus)
- Passion for working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
