What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Coordinator position at Ability Chiropractic?
What you'll do:
- Greet patients by name
- Coordinate patient schedules
- Manage office and patient flow
- Help doctors complete patient records
- Assist in teaching/setting up patient active and passive therapies
- Collect payments
- Maintain cleanliness of office space
- Supply Ordering
- Insurance benefit verifications
- Management of patient credits, balances and statements
- Create positive, upbeat experience
- Teach patients about a healthier more, fulfilled life through holistic healthcare
Opportunities for Additional Growth:
- Learn how to perform New Patient Consultations and Health Updates (Face to face exam time with the patient.)

- Personal Injury cases, the billing and management of.
- Community Marketing events: setting up and going to in order to reach more members of each community.

Requirements:
Ability to multi task and stay extremely organized

Must be outgoing and willing to communicate with each person that walks into the office
Hours:
Monday- 7:00am - 12:30pm ; 2:15pm-6:30pm
Tuesday- 1:00pm-6:30pm
Wednesday- 7:00am - 12:30pm ; 2:15pm-6:30pm
Thursday- 7:00am - 12:30pm ; 2:15pm-6:30pm
Friday- 7:00am - 12:30pm
