Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Web Developer 2 to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. You’ll play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing accessible, user-friendly digital solutions.
Leadership skills are a plus, as this role may involve mentoring junior developers and guiding project teams.
This is an on-site position based at our Eugene office.
Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain web applications aligned with WCAG and other accessibility standards.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical excellence across projects.
- Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies and accessibility tools.
- Contribute to integrating and optimizing tools like Max Access and Ally Toolbox into client systems.
