Job Title : Residential Service Manager
ABiLITY is a nonprofit organization providing direct services and support for individuals with disabilities from birth through adulthood. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing direct services and support. We assist people with various disabilities such as intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, and autism to learn essential skills for self-care, independence, employment, and community integration.
Responsibilities of Residential Service Manager
- Oversight and supervision of independent living facilities (ISLs) for individuals with developmental, physical, and cognitive disabilities.
- Train, supervise, manage, and schedule direct support staff.
- Ensure 24-hour care of residents.
- Provide direct assistance to clients as needed, including transportation, attending physician appointments, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Share On-Call rotations to provide after-hours support.
