Ability Innovations is a pediatric multi-specialty therapy clinic developed by an Occupational Therapist. You’ll be a vital contributor to patient care on an exceptional interdisciplinary team that blends Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services together. You will keep the financial side of the business running smoothly, ensuring our ability to continue providing top quality care to our patients.

Billing Specialist:
- Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Analyze financial statements for payment inconsistencies or errors
- Collaborate with patients, third party institutions and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
- Create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a patient
- Find financial solutions for patients who may need payment assistance
- Translate medical code
- Work on maintaining and enhancing the Core Values within the Ability Innovations.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior billing or accounts receivable experience is preferred
- Familiarity with computer and software programs
Physical requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position does not require travel
