Duties and expectations of therapy aide team members:
- Cleans and organizes equipment, treatment areas, and clinical supplies, disinfecting surfaces/supplies as needed.
- Organizing and maintaining therapy materials.
- Tracks inventory levels and equipment inspection, informs Clinic Director of items to be ordered and equipment that may need repair.
- Assists therapists with treatment interventions as directed by overseeing therapists.
- Assists therapists in preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient care as directed.
- Access to available resources per therapist request to provide handouts and educational materials for families.
- Maintains appropriate client, team, and interdisciplinary relationships.
- Accepts assignments from Clinic Director including education and in-servicing
- Actively participates in the quality improvement process for the team and the clinical setting and then follows through with the improvements
- Participates in regularly scheduled or special clinical meetings related to patient care and clinic management.
- Work on maintaining and enhancing the values within the company
- Attend Community Events to assist in growing the company
- Secular development
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
Salary : $12
