About Ability Matters:

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate: Assist in preparing activities and implementing educational programs aligned with students' IEP goals
- Support: Follow training and behavioral protocols to ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
- Manage: Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Build Relationships: Connect with students, staff, and families to create a strong, supportive community.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: At least a 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred).
- Passion for Inclusion: You believe in empowering students and promoting community inclusion.
- Experience: Previous experience in education or community outreach is a plus, but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to support students’ needs.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
