About Ability Matters:

What You'll Do:
- Develop functional behavior analysis assessments, therapy support strategies, and reports via the use of ABA principals.
- Design and analyze baseline and target behavior tracking.
- Assist individuals with daily needs, encouraging independence and maintaining a safe environment.
- Connect with students, staff, and families to create a strong, supportive community.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: At least a 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred).
- Certification: Maintain a current RBT Certification
- Passion for Inclusion: You believe in empowerment and promoting community inclusion.
- Experience: Previous experience in education or community outreach is a plus, but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to support individuals' needs.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
