We are looking for a customer service oriented front desk administrator. Experience is not required but is always a plus.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Greeting patients with a smile
Answering phone calls
Checking voicemails and returning calls
Checking patients in and collecting payment
Verifying insurance benefits and requesting authorizations
Scheduling appointments and managing the schedule
Assisting the clinic in anyway necessary to keep things running smoothly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work at the front desk
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Comfortable with multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
