Starting Salary
The starting pay is $17.75 per hour. To qualify for a higher pay rate, the candidate will have to provide documentation of relevant experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a Community Coach who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
About the Role
As a Community Coach, you will play a vital role in implementing a range of programs and activities that promote language, motor development, and social skills for children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with individuals who may have moderate behavior issues and ensure their safety and engagement in our Center programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with coordinators and team members to plan and execute activities aligned with individual service plans (ISP).
- Create and implement diverse programs and activities that promote language skills, motor development, and social skills.
- Engage in behavioral modification techniques.
- Welcome and assist program participants, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Lead stimulating activities such as games, sports, dance, and art, fostering active participation and independence.
- Manage documentation, progress tracking, and communication with families and caregivers.
- Uphold our commitment as a Mandated Reporter, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Work Schedule
Part Time position
Monday through Friday, 25-30hrs per week, Morning shifts
