AbilityPath is hiring for a Donor Database Associate

Looking for candidates with desired 2 years in database development and reporting, Salesforce NPSP or a similar CRM management and nonprofit experience is a plus desired
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annual (based on education and experience)
Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday, Hybrid role (based in Redwood City)

ABOUT THE ROLE – What we value:
Data and Systems Management- Manage and maintain the Salesforce donor database, optimize Salesforce fields and processes for seamless integration with other platforms and operational efficiency. Create and generate reports within Salesforce to track campaign outcomes, renewal rates, pledge collections, donor recognition lists, and more.
Donation Processing and Acknowledgment- Accurately process donations, manage and personalize acknowledgment letters, receipts, and communications. Manage third-party donation accounts, including corporate matching and donor-advised funds. Reconcile donation records with financial reports, supporting year-end reporting as needed.
Development and Outreach Assistance- Analyze donor data to create actionable insights that enhance outreach and campaign strategies. Conduct donor and prospect research to identify opportunities for increased engagement and giving. Assist with fundraising events and provide exceptional customer service to donors and volunteers.
Other Duties -Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the development team.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid California Driver's License/ID
- Proof of negative TB test results
- Verification of occupational physical clearance
- Pass a criminal fingerprint clearance
- 18 years of age or job permit clearance
