What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Program Coordinator position at AbilityWorks of Oklahoma, Inc.?
Position Summary : The Program Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for providing direct supervision to ETS staff. The PC will be responsible for ensuring that vocational services are being provided as outlined in the Individual Plans and communicating with all Individual Team (IT) members for each resident.
Duties :
- Participate in yearly IP meetings and IT meetings. Ensure everyone's IP stays accurate and up to date throughout the year.
- Update all client staff and guardian contact information, and all consents yearly.
- Complete time studies and turn into the director for new wages every six months if applicable to client.
- Attend meetings with Director and staff to discuss any concerns, job performances and needed improvements.
- Audit medication records.
- Perform duties as the Backup MAT as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain client records including yearly goals and timesheets.
- In-service staff on individual specific training.
- Attend all client specific trainings that are applicable to your caseload.
- Collecting data sheets and review them for accuracy.
- Calculate the number of prompts and document numbers from monthly data sheets for quarterly reports then complete quarterly reports and submit them before deadlines.
- Submitting incident reports within the time frame outline by the state.
- Tracking staff absences.
- Review and authorize time off requests from staff.
- Counsel staff on responsibilities and job performance.
- Collect and assure accuracy on documentation for behavioral services. Submit documentation to behavioral professional.
- Counsel individuals and assist them with understanding job responsibilities.
- Perform the duties of job coach when coverage cannot be found.
Salary : $43,888 - $45,500
