Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient operations. This is a part-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with data entry, file management, and document organization
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial records and process invoices
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage office calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
Experience:
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
