Job Description
Seeking a Residential Construction Manager to oversee the construction of new and existing facilities. This position will be based out of our Herrin, IL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of new facilities, including design, project management, bidding, and more.
- Manage the construction process from start to finish, including project management, scheduling, subcontracting, and more.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and other departments to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
- Work with our Project Managers to ensure that projects are on time and on budget.
- Oversee the construction of existing facilities, including design, project management, project scheduling, bidding, and more.
- Work with our Project Managers to ensure that projects are on time and on budget.
- Ensure that all construction documents are in compliance with all government regulations.
- Ensure that all documents are in compliance with all government regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in a Residential Construction Manager role.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
