Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage property showings, capture high-quality photos for marketing, and handle all aspects of Section 8 paperwork while ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Take professional photos of properties for marketing purposes.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings with prospective tenants.
- Prepare and submit accurate Section 8 paperwork.
- Assist with lease agreements and maintain organized records.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are show-ready.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management preferred.
- Knowledge of Section 8 processes and Fair Housing regulations.
- Strong photography, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $17.83 - $21.00 per hour
