Job Description: We are seeking highly skilled and reliable painters to join our team as on-demand subcontractors. As a subcontracting painter, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work on various projects based on demand. We specialize in residential and commercial rehab painting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform painting duties, including power washing, surface preparation, priming, and applying paint coatings.
- Follow project specifications and instructions provided by the project manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional painter.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Solid knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color and aesthetics.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various job sites.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in different weather conditions.
Payment Structure: Compensation will be based on a per square foot basis. Details of the payment structure will be discussed during the interview process.
