Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic plan to grow business in alignment with US Profit Plan goals for region.
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
  • Preparing sales budgets, projections & forecasts
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  • Setting pricing and determining price schedules per plant cost models
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners. Prepare sales presentations to create service understanding and awareness
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Lead generation identifying emerging markets & contacts to find new sales opportunities.
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans
  • Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Development to help identify, verify, and pursue development of new market or service opportunities
  • Document all activity reports, prospects, and opportunities within the defined CRM contact management database.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication flow throughout the sales & operations team.
  • Represent ABL Technic at trade association/networking meetings & conferences to promote services as appropriate.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
