Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plan to grow business in alignment with US Profit Plan goals for region.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Preparing sales budgets, projections & forecasts
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Setting pricing and determining price schedules per plant cost models
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners. Prepare sales presentations to create service understanding and awareness
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Lead generation identifying emerging markets & contacts to find new sales opportunities.
- Defining and executing territory sales plans
- Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects.
- Work closely with the Marketing Development to help identify, verify, and pursue development of new market or service opportunities
- Document all activity reports, prospects, and opportunities within the defined CRM contact management database.
- Establish and maintain effective communication flow throughout the sales & operations team.
- Represent ABL Technic at trade association/networking meetings & conferences to promote services as appropriate.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
