Customer Service Representative
For over 50 years ABL Wholesale Distributors has been the premiere single-source distributor serving retailers in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. We are growing and currently searching for a customer service representative. As a member of ABL Wholesale Customer Service Team, the candidate is expected to assist our customers with any questions and concerns.
This position is responsible for delivering positive customer service at our Columbiana, OH office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in customer service. In addition, this role will be working directly with ABL's sales team to deliver best in class service to over 1200 ABL Convenience Store and Drug Chain customers. This position reports directly to Accounting Director

Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
- Listen and resolve customer concerns promptly and to the best of your ability
- Communicate customer concerns to management and colleagues as necessary
- Process orders, forms and any requests from customers and sales team
- Collect and balance customer payments
- Cold call house accounts with promotions and flyers
- Various administrative duties as needed
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, including excel
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of AS400 software a plus but not required
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office setting
- Able to share work with customer service team
