- Comfortable spending 50% of the time on the road or in client meetings.
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new leads and build a strong pipeline.
- Conduct on-site meetings with prospective employers / clients to understand their needs and present tailored service that meets their needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Execute sales strategies aligning with company goals, track progress, and report on sales activities and performance regularly.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
