We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant / Ophthalmological Assistant to join our specialty eye care team. This position supports a respected Cataract and Glaucoma specialist who sees patients with a medical diagnosis—no routine eye exams, glasses fittings, or pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in providing care to 40-50 patients daily, alongside the doctor and a team of three assistants.
- Support in managing patients with Glaucoma, Cataracts, and other medical eye conditions.
- Work at the Hyannis office with occasional shifts at the Falmouth location.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality, patient-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For :
Location : Hyannis (primary office) with one to two days a week in Falmouth (behind Falmouth Hospital)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 15 AM - 4 : 00 PM (end time may vary based on patient volume)
Compensation : $23 - $25 / hour, based on experience
