Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom 3D CAD models for orthotic devices, including splints, braces, and prosthetics
- Oversee and optimize 3D printing processes and ensure high-quality output in orthotic materials
- Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and refine 3D scanning and printing techniques
- Troubleshoot technical challenges related to materials like TPU and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Maintain and manage CAD files, version control, and design documentation
