Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior CAD Engineer to support our 3D printing and scanning processes, essential to delivering high-quality, customized orthotic solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom 3D CAD models for orthotic devices, including splints, braces, and prosthetics
Oversee and optimize 3D printing processes and ensure high-quality output in orthotic materials
Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and refine 3D scanning and printing techniques
Troubleshoot technical challenges related to materials like TPU and ensure compliance with design specifications
Maintain and manage CAD files, version control, and design documentation

Requirements

Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field

Proficiency in 3D printing technologies, with hands-on experience handling materials like TPU

Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience

Strong technical understanding of CAD software and design for additive manufacturing

Experience troubleshooting and streamlining 3D printing processes to ensure efficiency and product quality

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-reliance
