Responsibilities :

  • Direct support of clinic staff, ensure smooth office operations and practical processes for a seamless professional patient care environment
  • Maintain office operation including managing your schedule
  • Perform hearing evaluations, hearing aid sales and hearing aid fittings and be able to work with multiple manufactures
  • Perform needed adjustments to fitted products; comply with all procedural company quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance and overcome patient concerns / objections
  • Report regularly on activity status and related results, patient performance, existing patient retention and new patient development initiatives in a format provided by the company
  • Collaborate with your SVP of Operations (Manager) to oversee financial management of the office
  • Oversee marketing efforts for the office, in coordination with the Home Office Marketing team

  • Pay range and compensation package :

    Comp Plan : DOE

    Pay : $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
