What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist position at Able Hearing?
Responsibilities :
- Direct support of clinic staff, ensure smooth office operations and practical processes for a seamless professional patient care environment
- Maintain office operation including managing your schedule
- Perform hearing evaluations, hearing aid sales and hearing aid fittings and be able to work with multiple manufactures
- Perform needed adjustments to fitted products; comply with all procedural company quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance and overcome patient concerns / objections
- Report regularly on activity status and related results, patient performance, existing patient retention and new patient development initiatives in a format provided by the company
- Collaborate with your SVP of Operations (Manager) to oversee financial management of the office
- Oversee marketing efforts for the office, in coordination with the Home Office Marketing team
