ABLE Home Health Care is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team!
ABLE is a premier, family owned and operated in-home behavioral health agency specializing in applied behavior analytic therapy and currently seeks part time/full time Board Certified Behavior Analysts possessing a superior level of passion and experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum to reach their full potential. Candidates will be responsible for conducting formalized assessments, plan development, family consultation, Technician training, and creating reports based on evaluation and treatment plan goals.
Essential Function:
- Conduct formalized assessments based on specific client needs and skill set
- Create and supervise the use of data collection systems
- Create and modify behavior support plans
- Document and report progress to insurance and private payors
- Directly observe and evaluate intervention administered by Behavior Technicians
- Provide on-site training to Behavior Technicians as well as all relevant stakeholders
- Supervision of BACB Trainees
Qualifications:
- Certification with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
- Must possess licensure through MA Department of Health
- Experience training and supervising Behavior Technicians
- Superior organizational skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Two years minimum experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
