Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Care Worker (DCW) to provide Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to individuals in need of support with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will assist with personal care, daily routines, and community engagement while promoting independence and well-being.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Provide companionship and support with social engagement and recreational activities.
  • Maintain a safe and structured environment tailored to the individual's needs.
  • Support the development of life skills and encourage independence.
  • Follow care plans and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
  • Ensure respect for personal preferences, routines, and boundaries.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related fields preferred but not required.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow care plans and provide individualized support.
  • CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Must pass background checks and meet HCBS provider requirements.
