ABLE, Inc. is seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with Developmental and / or Intellectual Disabilities achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Develop personalized plans to support individuals in their living, vocational, and recreational pursuits.
  • Assist individuals with managing their health and finances.
  • Coordinate services through a collaborative team approach.
  • Ensure that services meet or exceed quality standards and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the overall management of worksite and staff.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or Human Service fields.
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities.

    • Starting Wage : $28.05 - $28.69 per hour, depending on experience.
