Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to environmental services and maintaining cleanliness, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective cleaning techniques and excellent service.

Duties

• Perform carpet cleaning using various methods, including steam cleaning and dry cleaning techniques.
• Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to determine the appropriate cleaning method based on the type of fabric and level of soiling.
• Operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
• Provide additional floor care services, including buffing and maintenance of hard surface floors as needed.
• Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after service completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards while performing duties.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of environmental services and best practices in commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods while performing physical tasks.
