Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing to ensure cleanliness and shine of all flooring surfaces.
- Inspect floors regularly to identify any damage or maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly to management.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards while performing cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with the environmental services team to uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and carpet cleaning, is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to operate various floor care equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
