BCBA Qualifications:
- Must possess a BCBA certification
- Works well on a team, is fun, engaging, supervises in a positive and collaborative manner; we strive to not be a hierarchical agency, but one centered on thoughtfulness, positivity, collaboration, and effective communication.
- Can “think out-of-the-box” and know how to give high fives and say “great job” in a million different ways
- Most importantly, you must be warm, passionate, excited, and have the potential to be a great leader.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise RBTs and provide Mentorship on a weekly basis
- Write progress reports in conjunction with the director
- Train new staff and provide on-going trainings
