BCBA Qualifications :
Must possess a BCBA certification
Works well on a team, is fun, engaging, supervises in a positive and collaborative manner; we strive to not be a hierarchical agency, but one centered on thoughtfulness, positivity, collaboration, and effective communication.
Can 'think out-of-the-box' and know how to give high fives and say 'great job' in a million different ways
Most importantly, you must be warm, passionate, excited, and have the potential to be a great leader.
Position Responsibilities :
Supervise RBTs and provide Mentorship on a weekly basis
Write progress reports in conjunction with the director
Train new staff and provide on-going trainings
