Your Role as a BCBA: You are THE leaders in behavioral change.
- Supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Design & oversee individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a dedicated clinical team
- Conduct functional behavior assessments utilizing evidence-based tools (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.)
- Analyze data, monitor client progress, and refine treatment strategies for optimal outcomes
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
