ABLE Machine Tool Sales is looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Receptionist:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors and answer any questions visitors have
- Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including fax, copier, scanner, and computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Organize files and scan documents
- Receive and record deliveries
- Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Work experience in an office and or customer service environment required
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work multi-line telephone
