POSITION SUMMARY :
The Marketing Technology Program Specialist plays a critical role in driving efficiency and innovation across all marketing programs, campaigns, and digital activities. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position ensures that marketing initiatives leverage AI, data cloud technologies, and automation to achieve maximum impact. While the Business Systems team is responsible for technical implementation, the Specialist works closely with them to align technology with marketing goals and operational needs.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work with the Director of Marketing to identify opportunities for using AI, automation, and advanced technologies to streamline processes, improve campaign performance, and enhance audience engagement.
- Translate marketing goals into actionable plans for Business Systems, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategies.
- Evaluate the success of implemented technologies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Business Systems team, responsible for implementation, to ensure marketing's technological needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Research and recommend cutting-edge tools and platforms that align with marketing objectives and drive operational excellence.
- Provide training and support to marketing team members on using new technologies, fostering adoption and integration into daily workflows.
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies, introducing innovative ideas to improve marketing operations and strategies.
