We are seeking an Office Assistant and Customer Service rep to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions that are integral to the day to day success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Process orders through multiple online systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Previous experience in customer service
- General proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
